About Seoul SPARKS

Established in 2019, Skudy (the parent company behind Seoul SPARKS) emerged from its co-founders’ personal journeys as international students in Korea. CEO Hamza Kim and Director Sarah Mack have a deep admiration for the country they call home. However, during their time as students in Korea, they identified numerous administrative and logistical challenges that can deter individuals from getting the most out of their time in this vibrant nation.

Drawing upon their rich experiences from attending Korean institutions, working with local enterprises, and immersing themselves in the Korean way of life, they established Skudy. Their vision? To ensure international students can focus on savoring the essence of their Korean adventure rather than getting bogged down by daunting formalities.

Come 2024, Skudy's horizons are broadening. While we've been adept at linking students to esteemed study programs, we're now venturing into curating our very own immersive, all-inclusive short-term intensive Korean summer program. Tailored especially for high school students considering a bachelor’s degree in Korea, this 6-week endeavor offers them a glimpse into Korean academic life, provides a springboard for Korean language proficiency, and offers a deep dive into 4000+ years of Korean history and culture through meticulously crafted educational experiences.
