What's included in the SPARKS program fees:
1. Access to pre-arrival information sessions, orientation, and educational materials.
2. Airport pickup and drop-off services in Seoul.
3. Tuition, fees, and study materials for 120 hours (equivalent to 6 academic credits) of Korean language instruction.
4. Fully-furnished living arrangements for the duration of the program.
5. Three meals a day.
6. A SIM card equipped with unlimited data for each student.
7. Traveler health insurance through the program's selected provider.
8. Weekly study trips focusing on Korean history and culture, alongside reimbursement for optional Independent Exploration activities.
9. Weekly cultural classes and round-table discussions with experts to enrich understanding of Korean culture and history.
10. Inclusion in the undergraduate mentor program to aid in cultural and academic adaptation.
11. Training sessions covering emergency response protocols.
12. Official completion certificates and transcripts from Seoul National University upon program conclusion.
13. Further goods and services may be included at the discretion of SPARKS staff to elevate the educational experience.
What is NOT included in the SPARKS program fees:
1. International Travel: Costs related to travel from the student's home country to Seoul.
2. Passport and Visa Fees: Any fees incurred while obtaining a passport or visa.
3. Personal Expenses: Pocket money for personal use and expenses.
4. Loss Coverage: Replacement costs for lost personal items such as phones, IDs, or study materials.

Once you receive your official Admissions Letter from the Seoul SPARKS Team, you can use this page to make the payment for your program fees.
Details about the payment deadlines will be sent to you in a separate email.
You will receive confirmation once the payment is successfully processed.
REFUND POLICY
The Seoul SPARKS Program Fees and Refund Policy
Refunds for the Program Fees (excluding any Deposit), whether partial or full, may be issued in cases where a student cannot attend due to unforeseen accidents, force majeure, or cancellation of admission according to SPARKS policies.- Refunds will deduct costs incurred by SPARKS on the participant's behalf, including administrative fees, program materials, and third-party commitments. Refunds in the form of credits for future SPARKS programs or other services may also be considered.
- Refunds will not be available if a student decides not to attend due to a change in personal choice.
- Written requests for refunds must be directed to SPARKS by no later than June 1, 2025. Requests submitted past this deadline will not be eligible. For reference, although Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce provides for a seven (7) days retraction period, we offer a thirty (30) days refund period for the benefit of our customers.
- Seoul SPARKS holds the exclusive right to determine the issuance of partial or full refunds, exercising this right fairly and reasonably, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea and in line with the stipulated guidelines.
- In case the Program is cancelled due to reasons attributed to Seoul SPARKS, the student is eligible for a full refund of their total program fees.
- Other cases not explicitly covered by the clauses above will be treated in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce and other relevant laws of the Republic of Korea.
